ISRO plans seven missions, including Gaganyaan, by March 2026.

ISRO Chairman V Narayanan announced that the Indian Space Research Organisation aims to launch seven missions by March 2026, including three uncrewed missions as part of the ambitious Gaganyaan program, which is currently in advanced stages of development. The first uncrewed mission, G1 Mission, is expected to be achieved by the end of the current financial year. Following the recent successful launch of the CMS-03 satellite, ISRO plans further missions, including commercial payload launches and technology development initiatives. This strategy aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for ISRO to conduct 50 launches over the next five years, highlighting India’s commitment to advancing its space capabilities and enhancing its presence in the global space industry.
