Governor KT Parnaik recently flagged off a motorcycle expedition commemorating the 63rd Walong Day, which honors the heroes of the 1962 war, from the Raj Bhavan in Itanagar. This initiative, organized by the 3 Corps and involving 21 riders, including 11 from the Indian Army and 10 civilians, aims to strengthen community ties and promote military careers among local youth. The governor emphasized the significance of such joint efforts in fostering patriotism, encouraging social awareness, and addressing public health issues.
