Two JJMP Naxals Arrested in Jharkhand's Latehar District

Two members of the Jharkhand Jan Mukti Parishad (JJMP), a banned Maoist splinter group, were arrested in Latehar district, Jharkhand. Amin Ansari and Krishna Prasad were apprehended following a police raid based on intelligence that they had returned to their homes. Ansari was wanted in two cases, while Prasad was linked to one, highlighting the ongoing efforts by Indian security forces to combat Maoist insurgency in the region. This operation reflects the commitment of law enforcement agencies to maintain peace and security in areas affected by left-wing extremism, contributing to the broader stability of the state and enhancing public safety.
