Key JeM operatives Muhammad Umar Farooq, Sameer Ahmed Dar, and Adil Ahmed Dar were linked to the house, which was used for planning and shelter before and after the bombing. The court ruled that ownership by the accused is not required for forfeiture under UAPA, only the use of the property to facilitate terrorism.
