The eighth edition of the India-UK Joint Military Exercise AJEYA WARRIOR-25 concluded on November 17 at the Mahajan Field Firing Ranges in Rajasthan, focusing on counter-terrorism operations in semi-urban terrain under a UN mandate. This iteration involved 240 personnel from the Indian Army’s Sikh Regiment and the UK’s Royal Gurkha Rifles, who engaged in joint tactical drills, heliborne operations, and cordon-and-search exercises. The exercise demonstrated high levels of interoperability and jointmanship, with participants honing their skills in reflex shooting, rocket launcher operations, and IED neutralization techniques, enhancing their tactical insight.
