India is reinforcing its defense partnership with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at the Dubai Air Show 2025, where Union Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth is leading a delegation that includes senior officials from various defense sectors. Both countries have committed to enhancing cooperation through regular bilateral meetings and collaborative initiatives in defense manufacturing and technology. The event features the inauguration of the India Pavilion, showcasing indigenous aerospace innovations and participation from 19 Indian companies, including Bharat Forge and BrahMos, alongside performances by the Indian Air Force’s Suryakiran Aerobatic Team. This biennial air show, attracting over 1,500 exhibitors and around 148,000 industry professionals, serves as a critical platform for India to display its expanding defense and aerospace capabilities, promoting self-reliance and fostering international partnerships crucial for bolstering regional security and defense resilience.
