Indian Army demonstrates courage and tech prowess along LoC in Rajouri.

The Indian Army has showcased heightened operational readiness and cutting-edge technology along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Sunderbani sector, affirming its capability in difficult terrain. In a rare media display, troops demonstrated advanced border security tools such as AI-powered Smart Fences, quadcopters, all-terrain vehicles, and robotic mules designed for logistics and reconnaissance in rugged environments. These innovations enhance rapid threat detection and response within a fortified three-layered security grid. The recent Operation Sindoor, launched on 7 May 2025, involved precise missile strikes on terror infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-administered Kashmir, following a terrorist attack in Pahalgam. The operation underscored India’s resolve against cross-border terrorism while maintaining a calibrated posture. Alongside combat readiness, the Army continues community engagement to build trust and promote stability in border areas. Soldiers’ dedication amid extreme weather and isolation exemplifies their commitment to national security, with this integrated approach reinforcing the Army’s dual role in ensuring peace and progress in one of India’s most sensitive regions.
