India and Germany discuss enhancing military cooperation in New Delhi.
The India-Germany High Defence Committee meeting, co-chaired by Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh and German Ministry of Defence State Secretary Jens Plotner in New Delhi on November 18, 2025, focused on enhancing bilateral military cooperation and co-development of defence technology. Both sides emphasized the importance of deepening defence ties as integral to their 25-year Strategic Partnership, with Germany set to participate in upcoming multinational military exercises, TARANG SHAKTI and MILAN, in 2026.
