Security forces in Manipur have successfully arrested four militants, including Paokholen Guite, the self-styled chief of the banned Chin Kuki Mizo Army, who is implicated in weapons trafficking and extortion activities. During the operation, two AK-47 rifles and a significant amount of cash were seized. Additionally, three members of the banned People’s Liberation Army, known for their past attacks on Assam Rifles personnel, were also apprehended.
