India: Pakistan as Terror Perpetrator Cannot Be Victim

The Indian government has firmly stated that Pakistan, as the perpetrator of terrorism, cannot be equated with India, the victim of cross-border terrorism, addressing this in Parliament. Minister Kirti Vardhan Singh highlighted India’s diplomatic efforts to counter the narrative of equating the two nations and emphasized a strong national consensus against terrorism, especially post-Pahalgam attack and Operation Sindoor. India’s engagement with global powers and its demonstration of military and economic strength aims to bolster its foreign policy narrative as it seeks to assert its role in international affairs, particularly in light of China’s growing influence over Pakistan. Overall, India is committed to combating terrorism effectively on all fronts.
