Increased security operations in J-K's Chenab Valley due to terror threats.

In response to heightened terrorist threats in Jammu and Kashmir’s Chenab Valley, the Indian Army and the Special Operations Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir Police have launched intensified counter-terrorism operations, particularly in the high-altitude regions of Doda, Kishtwar, and Ramban districts. Intelligence assessments indicate that approximately 30 to 35 Pakistani terrorists are currently active in the area, prompting security forces to maintain vigilance amidst challenging winter conditions.
