A CRPF jawan, Head Constable Mahendra Laskar, aged 45, tragically lost his life due to injuries sustained in an IED blast during an anti-Naxal operation in the Babudera-Samta area of Jharkhand’s West Singhbhum district. Laskar, from Assam and a member of the 60th battalion, was evacuated to a Rourkela hospital but succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
