Indian authorities successfully extradited Parminder Singh, alias Pindi, a Babbar Khalsa International terrorist linked to several violent crimes, from the UAE. His extradition was facilitated through close cooperation between Punjab Police and central agencies, responding to a red corner notice initiated by Batala police. Director General of Police Gaurav Yadav highlighted the urgency and efficiency of the operation, which included a dedicated police team traveling to Abu Dhabi to ensure all legal formalities were adhered to before bringing Pindi back to India.
