These individuals were reportedly part of a spy ring and were involved in gathering sensitive information during their travels across Arunachal Pradesh. The investigation, led by Itanagar police, was initiated following credible intelligence about the activities of these men, who were primarily selling blankets to facilitate their information-gathering efforts.
