Arunachal Police Arrest Two Kashmiris for Allegedly Sharing Classified Info with Pakistan.

Arunachal Pradesh police have detained two individuals from Jammu and Kashmir, Aijaz Ahmed Bhat and Bashir Ahmad Ganai, for allegedly collecting and transmitting classified information to Pakistani agents, bringing the total number of arrests in the ongoing espionage case to five. These individuals were reportedly part of a spy ring and were involved in gathering sensitive information during their travels across Arunachal Pradesh. The investigation, led by Itanagar police, was initiated following credible intelligence about the activities of these men, who were primarily selling blankets to facilitate their information-gathering efforts. The IGP has urged local residents to remain vigilant and verify the credentials of anyone seeking accommodation, underscoring the importance of community awareness in national security matters.
