A retired Indian Army Captain, Narsaram Jajra, was tragically killed in Jaipur when a speeding car struck him and dragged him for nearly 10 feet. The incident, captured on CCTV, shows the driver fleeing the scene after the collision, which occurred as Jajra was cycling to Chitrakoot Stadium. The driver, identified as a woman with her child in the car, has not yet been arrested, leading to protests from the victim’s family and local residents.
