PIB Refutes Pakistani Claims of IAF Chief's Resignation Over Jets

The Press Information Bureau (PIB) of India has debunked recent Pakistani propaganda that falsely claimed Indian Air Force Chief A.P. Singh resigned after allegedly losing seven Rafale jets and one Tejas fighter. PIB’s fact-checking unit confirmed the letter was fabricated and part of a broader disinformation campaign aimed at undermining the credibility of the Indian armed forces. Additionally, a digitally altered video purporting to depict Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi making remarks on a controversial incident was also identified as fake. These incidents highlight the ongoing attempts by Pakistani accounts to disseminate misinformation, emphasizing the need for vigilance and reliance on verified sources among the Indian populace.
