The Passing out Parade (POP) of the sixth batch of Agniveers will take place at INS Chilka on 08 Aug 25, marking the successful completion of rigorous training for over 2,000 Agniveers, including 300 women. This event symbolizes a pivotal moment in their journey as they transition into capable sea warriors ready to serve in the Indian Navy. Vice Admiral Rajesh Pendharkar will review the parade, which will be attended by families, veterans, and sports personalities. The ceremony will also include the presentation of awards and the unveiling of a trainees’ magazine, showcasing the Navy’s commitment to fostering discipline and professionalism among its recruits.
