The festival, which runs on November 14 and 15, 2025, serves as a platform for dialogue among military professionals, policymakers, and the public, fostering discussions on national security and India’s military history. It features exhibitions, panel discussions, and the release of significant publications, including “Shukra Niti: Statecraft and Warfare” and “Honours and Awards of the Indian Armed Forces.” Mr. Seth praised the Indian Army for its discipline and commitment to national security, noting that the growing involvement of the youth and industry exemplifies India’s resolve to enhance its strategic capabilities and global defense engagement.
