Indian Military Heritage Festival to feature key discussions and exhibitions in New Delhi.

The third edition of the Indian Military Heritage Festival (IMHF) will take place at the United Service Institution of India in New Delhi on November 14 and 15, 2025, with Raksha Rajya Mantri Shri Sanjay Seth serving as the Chief Guest. This event aims to facilitate discussions on India’s military history and heritage, as well as pertinent national security and geopolitical issues, fostering a multi-stakeholder dialogue among military, administrative, academic, and industrial sectors. The festival will showcase an exhibition of military paintings by Lt Col Arul Raj (Retd) and feature the release of significant publications, including “The Sukraniti: Statecraft and Warcraft” and “Honours & Awards of the Indian Armed Forces.” Additionally, it will comprise panel discussions that delve into various themes related to India’s military history, including “Operation Sindoor,” “The War India Forgot,” and “Tussles over Tibet,” thus reinforcing the importance of historical context in contemporary defense strategies and contributing to a deeper public understanding of military heritage.
