The Indian Army concluded the third edition of its youth initiative, Kashmiruk Fankaar, in Bandipora with a vibrant finale that highlighted local culture and community engagement. With over 3,000 spectators braving harsh winter conditions, the event featured 2,100 participants across various activities, including sports, social awareness, and cultural performances.
