Thieves targeted the home of an Indian Air Force (IAF) personnel in Danapur, Patna, stealing cash and jewellery worth around Rs 15 lakh while the family was away. The incident came to light when Dheeraj Kumar returned to find the main door broken and belongings scattered. The police initiated an investigation, including fingerprint analysis and reviewing CCTV footage, but have yet to find any leads. This incident highlights the vulnerabilities faced by defense personnel, particularly when they are away due to duty or family emergencies, emphasizing the need for enhanced security measures for military families.
