Patanjali partners with Indian Army for free healthcare to 6M ex-servicemen.

Patanjali, led by Baba Ramdev, has signed a significant agreement with the Indian Army to provide free treatment to 60 lakh ex-servicemen and their families through the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme. This initiative covers treatments in Yoga, Ayurveda, and Naturopathy without financial caps, aiming to enhance holistic health approaches in the military community. Major General MPS Gill acknowledged the long-standing demand for AYUSH treatments, emphasizing a blend of traditional and modern medical practices. Ramdev reinforced the importance of both yoga and Ayurveda as vital aspects of Indian culture, calling this partnership a step towards innovative, integrated healthcare for those who have served the nation.
