Indian Armed Forces to Form Tri-Services Education Corps
The Indian Armed Forces announced the merger of the education branches of the three services into a single Tri-Services Education Corps during the Combined Commanders Conference (CCC) 2025 held in Kolkata. This initiative aims to enhance jointness and integration, streamline decision-making, and modernize military education in line with technological advancements. Chief of Defence Staff Gen Anil Chauhan emphasized a technology-led approach to modern warfare, aligning with PM Modi’s and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh’s directives for reform.
