The Directorate General of Resettlement (DGR) organized a Job Fair for Armed Forces Officers on September 22, 2025, at the United Services Institution of India in New Delhi. This event brought together over 300 retired and retiring officers seeking employment and 26 participating companies offering more than 100 job vacancies across various sectors, including supervisory, technical, management, and strategic advisory roles. The initiative aims to facilitate second career opportunities for ex-servicemen, leveraging their skills and discipline to benefit corporate entities. This endeavor not only assists in integrating experienced personnel into the civilian workforce but also enhances the corporate landscape by providing access to a pool of highly trained candidates.
