Assam Rifles honors 1962 Indo-China war heroes in Manipur ceremony.

In a solemn ceremony at the 5th battalion Assam Rifles headquarters in Tengnoupal district, the Assam Rifles commemorated 47 soldiers who heroically resisted the Chinese advance in Tawang during the 1962 Indo-China War. With 161 personnel in attendance, the event featured wreath-laying rituals and a reflective session on the exceptional valor and teamwork displayed during the conflict.
