Southern Command chief Lt Gen Dhiraj Seth recently reviewed the operational readiness of the Jodhpur Sub Area, commending its exemplary performance during Operation Sindoor and improvements in logistics and disaster response capabilities. He highlighted the formation’s effective coordination with central and state agencies, underscoring its role in humanitarian assistance and nation-building efforts. Concurrently, the Army’s Spear Corps initiated an Eco-Tourism Exposure Tour in Arunachal Pradesh for students, aimed at promoting sustainable development and enhancing practical skills in ecotourism.
