Modi warns Pakistan: terrorists and supporters will face action.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during India’s 79th Independence Day address, issued a strong warning to Pakistan, stating that terrorists and their supporters will be treated equally, empowering the armed forces to respond decisively to future threats. He announced the launch of Operation Sudarshan Chakra to enhance national security and emphasized the importance of developing indigenous jet engines for India’s fighter aircraft program. Modi also highlighted the success of Operation Sindoor, which retaliated against a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, resulting in significant damage to terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan. He further justified the suspension of the Indus Waters Treaty, asserting that it had long harmed Indian farmers.
