Indian Army enhances tech capabilities along Ladakh borders
The Indian Army is enhancing its capabilities along the sensitive borders with China and Pakistan in Ladakh through advanced technology, including the induction of Virtual Reality (VR) to improve tactical decision-making for Observation Post Officers. The Fire and Fury Corps has embraced this tech-driven approach, which offers real-time feedback for better training outcomes. Additionally, the White Knight Corps has implemented a Smart Fence System and introduced various innovative equipment like Quadcopters and modern weaponry to bolster security along the Line of Control (LOC). These advancements demonstrate India’s commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology to strengthen national defense and readiness in contested regions.
