In a tragic development, 58-year-old CRPF Inspector Koushal Kumar Mishra succumbed to injuries sustained from an IED blast during an anti-Naxal operation in Jharkhand. The incident occurred on October 10 when the inspector, leading a patrol in the North Saranda forests, was critically injured. Despite being airlifted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences for treatment, he passed away on October 30.
