Army Southern Command demonstrates full-spectrum combat readiness in Akhand Prahaar tri-services exercise.
The Indian Army’s Southern Command has successfully conducted the Akhand Prahaar exercise in Rajasthan, marking a significant tri-services drill under the Trishul framework. This exercise, the first of its scale along the western border with Pakistan since Operation Sindoor in May, demonstrated the full-spectrum combat readiness of the Konark Corps through integrated operations involving land, air, and special heliborne missions. Southern Army Commander Lt Gen Dhiraj Seth assessed the operational capabilities during this comprehensive exercise, which reinforces the Indian defense forces’ commitment to jointness, self-reliance, and innovation in military operations. The successful execution of Akhand Prahaar underscores India’s strategic readiness and operational synergy in addressing regional security challenges.
