UNTCC Chiefs Conclave 2025 Begins in New Delhi, Focusing on Peacekeeping.

The United Nations Troop Contributing Countries (UNTCC) Chiefs Conclave 2025 began on October 14 at the Manekshaw Centre in New Delhi, hosted by the Indian Army. The three-day event brings together senior military leaders from 32 nations and top UN officials to discuss operational challenges, evolving threats, interoperability, and the future of global peacekeeping. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh inaugurated the conclave, emphasizing India’s commitment to peacekeeping based on the principles of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and Ahimsa, and called for reforms in global institutions to enhance troop-contributing countries’ roles. The conclave features defence exhibitions, bilateral talks, and cultural exchanges, highlighting technology-driven, people-centered missions and the growing role of women in peacekeeping. It reflects a shared commitment to global stability and cooperation from October 14 to 16, 2025.
