Indian Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi on October 27, 2025, urged representatives from over 30 countries at the Indo-Pacific Regional Dialogue 2025 to collaborate for a safer, stronger maritime order in the Indo-Pacific region. In his video address, he highlighted the dialogue’s role as a premier platform for maritime strategy, diplomacy, and cooperation under India’s MAHASAGAR vision—Mutual and Holistic Advancement for Security and Growth across Regions—championed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Admiral Tripathi emphasized capacity-building and capability-enhancement as cornerstones to fostering shared security and prosperity amid evolving maritime challenges, including strategic coordination, blue economy, climate resilience, and emerging technologies. The three-day dialogue reflects India’s steadfast commitment to inclusive, collaborative maritime engagement supporting regional stability and aligns with India’s broader goals of securing its maritime interests against growing geostrategic complexities. This initiative complements strengthening naval partnerships and the Indian Navy’s push for operational readiness and self-reliance by 2047, underscoring India’s leadership in Indo-Pacific maritime security.
