INS Trikand visits Taranto, enhancing India-Italy defense relations.

Indian Naval Ship Trikand, a stealth frigate, recently made a significant port call at Taranto, Italy, on September 28, during its Mediterranean deployment, reinforcing defense ties between India and Italy. This visit included professional exchanges aimed at enhancing mutual interoperability between the two navies. Prior to Taranto, INS Trikand had engaged in naval activities in Cyprus and Greece, participating in a bilateral maritime exercise with Greece and fostering cultural connections.
