Indo-Pacific Dialogue concludes, stressing enhanced maritime cooperation and India's pivotal role.

The Indo-Pacific Regional Dialogue (IPRD) 2025 concluded in New Delhi, emphasizing enhanced maritime cooperation among over thirty participating nations. The dialogue underscored India’s role in promoting the Blue Economy and ensuring maritime security, with notable discussions on the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor and collaboration with Pacific Island Countries. Sanjeev Sanyal, Member of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister, highlighted government initiatives aimed at revitalizing India’s maritime sector while acknowledging the Indian Navy’s support in historical and contemporary maritime projects. This strategic dialogue reflects India’s commitment to fostering regional partnerships and addressing challenges in maritime security, thereby strengthening its position as a key player in the Indo-Pacific region.
