In the UAE, he engaged in high-level discussions with Major General Yousef Maayouf Saeed Al Hallami, focusing on advancing joint military engagements, training convergence, and defense industrial cooperation. This visit underscores India’s commitment to strengthening ties with Gulf partners amidst evolving regional dynamics, particularly in light of the UAE’s pivotal role in global trade and security. General Dwivedi’s agenda includes visits to key military establishments, such as the UAE National Defence College, where he will foster knowledge exchange on modern warfare and counter-terrorism tactics.
