India and Armenia have significantly deepened their bilateral engagement during the 11th Foreign Office Consultations, addressing a range of political, economic, and strategic dimensions. A key outcome was the signing of an Agreement on Cooperation in Public Health and Medical Science, aimed at advancing joint research and capacity building in healthcare. Concurrently, a Joint Working Group Meeting on Defence Cooperation in Hyderabad explored avenues for industrial collaboration and enhancing security ties, reflecting both nations’ commitment to mutual support in geopolitical matters. This growing partnership underscores India’s strategic outreach in the region, enhancing its influence and building sustainable defense collaborations with Armenia, amid broader concerns regarding regional stability.
