Dweep Diksha Dialogue Highlights ANC's Role in Maritime Strategy

The Andaman and Nicobar Command (ANC) hosted the third edition of the Dweep Diksha Dialogue on September 19-20, 2025, emphasizing its evolving role as a strategic hub for India’s maritime security in the Indian Ocean Region. Key figures, including Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan and Commander-in-Chief ANC Lt Gen Dinesh Singh Rana, engaged in discussions on multi-domain warfare, cognitive and cyber strategies, and enhancing India’s stature as a security partner in the Indo-Pacific. The forum highlighted the importance of long-term strategic thinking and operational preparedness to address emerging regional challenges.
