Tonbo Imaging's Fury FCS successfully completes advanced trials with Indian Army.
Bengaluru-based Tonbo Imaging successfully conducted advanced firing trials of its Fury Fire Control Sight (FCS) for the 84mm Rocket Launcher with the Indian Army’s 7th Battalion, Rajputana Rifles, under Colonel Bharat Sethi’s supervision. Held on October 17, 2025, the trials evaluated the system’s operational performance, precision, and robustness in realistic battlefield conditions. The Fury FCS integrates advanced digital imaging, laser range-finding, and automated ballistic computation, providing soldiers enhanced accuracy and responsiveness in engaging static and moving targets, both day and night. The trials highlighted the system’s rugged build and user-friendly interface, showcasing a seamless collaboration between India’s defense industry and military units. This success marks a significant advancement in indigenous electro-optical targeting solutions, supporting India’s objective of self-reliance in precision fire-control technologies and reinforcing the growing role of private Indian defense firms in modernizing the country’s armed forces. The Fury FCS enhances first-shot accuracy and reduces operator fatigue, thereby augmenting soldier lethality on the battlefield. Overall, this achievement is a testament to India’s evolving defense innovation landscape.
