Neros Technologies wins US Army FPV drone contract, secures $75M funding.

Neros Technologies has been awarded a significant contract to provide first-person view (FPV) drones for the US Army’s Purpose-Built Attritable Systems program, specifically Tranche 1, which aims to enhance platoon-level capabilities. This contract includes the delivery of Archer and Archer Strike drone platforms with extended engagement ranges and advanced intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities. Additionally, Neros secured $75 million in Series B funding, aimed at boosting manufacturing capacity and developing a secure domestic supply chain. This development underscores the US military’s focus on rapidly advancing its drone capabilities, positioning Neros as a pivotal player in the defense sector while enhancing the Western defense industrial base.
