Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K. Highlighting the Navy’s commitment to developing a self-reliant maritime ecosystem, Admiral Tripathi underscored the success of past Swavlamban events in fostering indigenous capabilities. The two-day seminar, themed Strength and Power through Innovation and Indigenisation, will showcase advancements and discuss the operational deployment of new technologies, including sessions with venture capitalists to support defense start-ups. This initiative reflects a strategic shift towards enhancing India’s maritime security through domestic innovation, reinforcing the Navy’s role as both a user and partner in the defense sector.
