DRDO Seeks Bids for Flight Test Support of ELINT System

The Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for flight test support of the AES-210V-V2 Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) system, sourced from Israel’s Elbit Systems, due to malfunctioning signal detection on the port side, affecting its performance on UAVs. This initiative is crucial for diagnosing and resolving the technical issues hampering geo-localization capabilities. Bidders must submit proposals by October 6, 2025, ensuring adherence to stringent guidelines, including an Earnest Money Deposit. The resolution of these issues is vital for enhancing India’s UAV operations and ensuring the effectiveness of Electronic Support Measures in strategic intelligence gathering.
