The Department of Defence Production (DDP) is prominently showcasing India’s indigenous defense capabilities at the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025, held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from November 14 to 27. The DDP pavilion highlights the transformative progress under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative, presenting cutting-edge technologies and innovations in land systems, naval platforms, aerospace, and emerging domains. All 16 Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSUs) and numerous defense start-ups from the Innovations for Defence Excellence (iDEX) program are participating, reflecting India’s growing self-reliance in defense manufacturing.
