Apollo Micro Systems Bolsters Defence Order Book with ₹34.09 Crore in New Contracts

Apollo Micro Systems Limited announced on November 6, 2025, it secured fresh orders worth ₹34.09 crore from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), a Defence Public Sector Undertaking (DPSU), and private sector firms. The order composition includes ₹11.01 crore from DRDO, ₹22.57 crore from a DPSU, and ₹0.51 crore from private companies. These orders form part of the company’s consistent business growth in the defense and aerospace sector, driven by operational efficiency, technology adoption, and expanding R&D collaborations. The company recently achieved a strong quarter with a near doubling of net profit and significant revenue growth. Also notable is the DRDO’s approval of the Transfer of Technology for the Mechatronic Fuse for Grenade, underlining Apollo’s critical role in advancing India’s defence indigenisation efforts. This trend reflects growing reliance on private sector players in India’s self-reliant defense manufacturing ecosystem. Previous months saw Apollo secure cumulative orders and lowest bidder status on contracts valued close to ₹39 crore, signaling robust future growth potential.
