In a significant advancement for India’s defense sector, Anadrone Systems has delivered its indigenous ABHAY anti-radar drone to the Indian Air Force three months ahead of schedule under the iDEX initiative. The ABHAY drone, designed for Suppression of Enemy Air Defence (SEAD) missions, features advanced electronic warfare capabilities, enabling it to operate in swarms and deceive enemy radar systems. With over 80% local content, this project not only exemplifies India’s commitment to self-reliance in defense but also enhances the operational capabilities of the Indian military in contested airspace.
