Aerolloy Technologies and Honeywell Aerospace sign long-term titanium casting supply deal in India.

On December 4, 2025, PTC Industries’ wholly owned subsidiary Aerolloy Technologies signed a long-term agreement with Honeywell Aerospace Technologies to supply precision titanium and superalloy investment castings for critical aero-engine components and global aerospace programs. Production will occur at Aerolloy’s vertically integrated facility in the Lucknow node of the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor, encompassing material manufacture, alloy melting, processing, and casting for enhanced traceability, quality control, and supply chain resilience. This partnership bolsters India’s advanced manufacturing under the “Make in India” initiative, validates Aerolloy’s capabilities alongside prior ties with Safran and Dassault Aviation, and positions the nation as a reliable supplier of high-value components to global OEMs, ensuring multi-year revenue stability. PTC Chairman Sachin Agarwal hailed it as a milestone affirming India’s growing aerospace prowess. The deal spurred PTC shares to rise over 4%.
