Search operations launched after terrorists steal food in Udhampur.
Security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur district have initiated a search operation following reports that terrorists took food from a local house before fleeing into nearby forests. The operation is focused on Chore Motu village, approximately 5 km from the site of a recent encounter that resulted in the death of a policeman. Authorities received intelligence indicating the presence of two unidentified terrorists linked to Jaish-e-Mohammad. Despite immediate mobilization of police and paramilitary forces, the terrorists evaded capture, prompting a coordinated combing operation at first light.
