Vice-President Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan attended the closing ceremony of the Sardar @150 Unity March – National Padyatra at the Statue of Unity in Ekta Nagar, Gujarat. He expressed profound gratitude for Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s leadership, emphasizing the importance of unity and national purpose, particularly among the youth, who were encouraged to reject drugs and responsibly engage with social media. Highlighting India’s rapid progress under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision, he noted significant advancements in defense capabilities, referencing Operation Sindoor as a key moment for national sovereignty. The Vice-President also celebrated the transformative impact of women’s empowerment initiatives and the new Labour Codes aimed at building a more transparent and worker-centric system.
