The minister announced Project Ekam, a strategic initiative aimed at developing indigenous artificial intelligence solutions for the military, which will enhance data security and operational effectiveness. Singh underscored the need for reforms and modernization within the armed forces to address geopolitical challenges and maintain national sovereignty, reinforcing India’s commitment to peace while ensuring readiness to defend its interests.
