Army Chief's Sri Lanka visit to strengthen defense ties, support Neighbourhood First policy.

General Upendra Dwivedi, the Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) of India, is set to visit Sri Lanka on December 12, 2025, as part of efforts to enhance bilateral defense ties in alignment with India’s Neighbourhood First policy.
