Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Limited (ADSTL), in partnership with Prime Aero, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Indamer Technics Private Limited (ITPL), a leading private-sector Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) company based in Nagpur. The acquisition, executed through their joint venture Horizon Aero Solutions, adds a 30-acre facility with 15 aircraft bays approved by key aviation regulators including DGCA and FAA. This move aligns with India’s growing aviation market, projected to induct over 1,500 new aircraft, positioning India as a premier global MRO hub. The deal builds on Adani’s recent acquisition of Air Works, enhancing their capabilities and operational synergies for both commercial and defense aviation maintenance.
